As I am not interested in a debate on the issue and I think the 4th Amendment is very clear, I will not check or respond to this thread so don't bother expecting a personal response. I just felt that your argument is flawed as presented.
Next time you walk in a mall, or a school just carry a concealed weapon. If a nut starts shooting, just do a John Wayne. Long live the wild west. Sheesh.
