In the English version of Windows, there is this folder:

C:\Program Files\Common Files

In the French version of Windows, there is this folder:

C:\Program Files\Fichiers Communs

Can someone who is using the French version of Windows check if you have both the French and English folder names, or just the French folder?

I have a French user who has both folders, and this is causing some confusion with Crystal reports.

The installation program installs Crystal DLLs to

C:\Program Files\Fichiers Communs\Crystal Decisions\2.0\bin

But the program is not finding them. There seems to be some confusion between whether Windows is using the French folder or the English folder.

Can you check what folders you have?
