I want to purchase the professional edition (not upgrade) of VFP 9.0. In shopping for prices I'm finding a $600.00+- price and a $330.00 price for something called "open license" (http://www.cdw.com/shop/products/default.aspx?EDC=748846). What is "open license" about and are there any advantages .OR. caveats?
