Indeed we began to look at the US much differently after Bush got elected. A cowboy with the IQ of a peanut that only got elected because his powerfull family rather than intellectual property. Not to mention all the at least doubtfull and important decisions his administration made the last couple of years.

But of course we are aware not all american are like that. Its just that a bunch of idiots are in power right now.
