Not in this case. This was a jury decision, not a negotiated decision. Really weird.

>Perhaps there was a deal between the lawyers. It woul'nt be the first time. Just look at the Paul Bernardo/Karla Homolka case. To be sure to get all the evidence they needed against Bernardo they made a deal with Homolka even if afterwards they realized that they should'nt have made that deal.
