I'm not suggesting that you use their software. I'm not even sure what their software does. They were just using their software as an example of what the dialog looks like when an EXE is run that is signed and unsigned. The key is creating the .pfx file and importing it into the certificate store. The .pfx has the password in it so signtool.exe doesn't need to have the password passed to it.
