We can't. I tried to do my best but sometimes just couldn't, or there simply was a compelling reason not to. Or there was a nasty bug that was near impossible to catch, not to mention solve. And I was always held to a higher standard than Microsoft.

I only wish I could sell at Microsoft's $/bug ratio.
