>What do you call First Degree premediated murders? These have been decided up in advance and not because somebody was mad and just happened to have a gun.
But what percent of murders fall into that category? Also, what percent of first degree murders involve the kind of crime we've been discussing, rather than a personal beef?
Statistics show that at least half of all murders involve a murderer and a victim who know each other. That's not the home invasion scenario we keep hearing as the reason to let people keep guns. That's one gang member killing another, a husband killing a wife (or vice versa), a parent killing a child, a neighbor shooting another over a minor dispute, etc., etc. At least half.
