As Sergey mentioned Authorize.NET is one of the easiest to work with and you can check with them and see if they support, but most likely you'll have to find a specific merchant provider and gateway service that is available in your country.

Rick, does Authorize.NET work in any way with PayPal? If I have a customer that wants to process payments and have it delivered to their PayPal account, am I stuck with just the PayPal API?
