I've got two problems with report designer. Hopefully someone out there can help because I don't know what else to do.

1. It is printing blank lines before printing the first line of detail. This is making a huge gap between the heading of the details and the details themselves. I checked, and it's not due to blank records.

2. When there is nothing in the details part, it prints 1-3 lines of empty records with just formatting there. I want it to not print anything at all if there's nothing there to print.

Any ideas?
