Using a quicky mod of a program I use to get data from some Florida county Tax collectors web sites it took me 12.562 seconds with a 100Mbps connection to do 1000 reps alternating between A1A DINER & GRILL INC and A.1.A FLORIDA STORM PANELS,INC. I stuck each of the returned source into a memo field in a table. So, I guess after you have the IP that you want it should take 8-10 minutes to do 40,000. Based on the parsing program I use for the tax stuff the parsing time is "don't blink or you'll miss it".
