Sure and the ATF won!

Here is an example of government at work.

1968 we were visiting North Hollywood. The 6 PM news had a live camera feeding a story from downtown Los Angeles. Someone reported a “man with a gun” walking down the street. The SWAT team was called and took positions all over the neighborhood.

A few minutes later a black man with a paper bag about the right size to hold a can of beer opened the front door of a flop house. He moved the bag towards his lips and the SWAT team open up with M-16’s. The man died instantly. They never found anyone with a gun but “they got their man”. The guy must have been guilty otherwise why would the SWAT team have killed him?

Government tends to overreact and is not responsible for its actions. Just do not be a victim of the "good guys" or the bad guys! :)
