I did have old versions of the DLL's on the machine.
For some reason, I've found that after uninstalling MM.NET, it's necessary to delete the MM.NET folders before installing a newer version, or at least I think that's what the problem was. The first time around, the GAC had the new DLL's but the Program Files folders did not, and those are the folders I use to copy DLL's to my /bin folders.
Also, wouldn't it be better to use a sub-version number on new releases? It's not easy to track the DLL's by release date.
