BINDEVENT works fine for me. Never had any problem. I found it it fine tool, especialy for things like that what we are talking about. One does not need to waste space with code that is needed over and over (in the end each control needs the code to dispatch the mousewheel somewhere at baselevel). It need to be engaged only if needed, code at base level will fire everytime.
