Every so often I have a problem with the visual class browser. The list of classes is shown in the tree view but when I double-click on a class to make changes it actually opens the class from the node just above the node I double-clicked. I know when this will occur because the class browser does not show and icon to the left of the class like it normally does.

What is the cause of the class browser getting out of sync like this? I have packed the class library. I copied it to a new file just in case something has been corrupted but it does not help.
