It is easy to run somebody over with your vehicle. It would be fairly easy to electrocute somebody. It would be easy to set somebody's house on fire at night with them in it.

But with the exception of running somebody over, those all require some kind of advance planning, so they're not likely to be spur-of-the-moment things the way shooting someone can be, if you have a gun.
