Thanks for your reply. I have debug the form many times. But I can't figure out what causes the problem. I only noticed that, this line of code:-

If Me.oUser.SaveRow() <> mmSaveDataResult.RulesPassed Then

in SaveUser() function in UserAdmin.aspx.vb is having problem. But still don't know what is the real problem as when executing that line of code, it simply step out the function and no exception or error message is received.
