I don't know if this will help....but off the very top of my head, this is the only thing I can think of:

loWSHand = NEWOBJECT("WSHandler",HOME()+"FFC\_ws3client.vcx")
loMyWSObject = loWSHand.SetupClient("http://support.debisys.com/soap/webServices.wsdl")

I haven't tested this, so I'm not sure....

If someone else has a better answer, by all means.... :)
