Fortunately, I found some drivers on the Epson web site. Along with more details on codes and using the printer. Why this was not included in the box with the printer is bewildering. I guess it is cheaper to post on a web site than include with the product. They could have at least made mention of this in the documentation they did provide [nothing more than glorified installation instructions].

Now I think I am going to have to have some trust in my users to have the right printer selected when they need a receipt or a regular size report. Yeah, right! I can just hear the phone ringing when they select the Receipt printer when they are printing a sales report designed for letter size paper.
