It takes about two hours to redo it in Inno, more or less from scratch. And you can put together a helloworld.exe setup in it in about two minutes - there are ready scripts for inclusion of runtimes on the wiki - and you can quickly see whether it works on such machines or not. IMO, worth a shot.
