>Recently some of my grids have been showing a row of stars where a record would normally be.. When I try to select that record it just jumps to the nearest normal looking record. If I browse the table from the project manager everything appears to be okay. All records that should be there Are appearing but there are rows of stars in between some of the records.

>Where are these extra "records" coming from? Have I somehow corrupted the table or is it some anomaly of the grid? The rows of stars appear to move downwards through the table - If I erase the record before the row of stars (and the record is at the beginning of the table) the stars will appear between the next record and the one after that.. If I erase a record at the end of the table and the stars appear below it, the stars will dissappear.
Aren´t you using SET SKIP TO? If you have a "master" table with fields A, B and C, and you relate it (SET RELATION, SET SKIP) to a "slave" table with fields C and more, when you browse the first table, you will see A, B, C values once (for the first record in the slave table, and "*****" for every other matching slave record.
