My bad, I thought that was understood. The very first thing I do is check to ensure that the date is not greater than today's date. I didn't post it because it wasn't part of where my thinking was going wrong...

>Plenty of suggestions but the title is 'Valid Date of Burth' so is the logic valid? For a given date the year could be the current year but the date still be in the future.
