In addition to what Tore has said .. if the possibility exists that the picture doesn't exist for a particular record, add a Print When clause to the picture object that is something like this: NOT EMPTY(SomeTable.TheNameOfTheFile).
Otherwise you'll get an error because it will try to find an empty picture!
