I haven't compiled the reportpreview.app yet, but upon further checking, I am able to reproduce the problem with the following code, i.e. running a report twice both with the nowait keyword:

create report report1 from (_foxcode)
report form report1 object type 1 nowait
report form report1 object type 1 nowait

Is there something I done wrong?
