As far as the system goes, it is pretty impressive: you can create a form in VFP, run an automatic converter and end up with an exact replica in .NET (C#). I wrote a short walk-through here:

This was before the latest release, which adds a whole lot of stuff (dataenvironment, SQL cursors, ...) It also adds an ASP.NET -capability, which is still in its infancy but shows a lot of promise. With that you can write web apps with VFP code-behind, as well as databind directly to VFP tables or SQL cursors or ODBC/OLEDB datastores. IMO, this part still needs some extra work before it is ready for prime time, but the Winform functionality is all there for writing simple to medium -difficulty proof-of-concept apps.
