The typical way to do it on Citrix, as mentioned by Colin, is to look for the configuration file on a particular drive. There's usually an M: drive in the environments I've worked in that something like "Username\my documents", or something like that. Where it's map rooted to the "my documents" part. So it will appear the same for all users.

The way the application is built the only way this can work without code changes is if each user appears to have a different network computer name (i.e. result of SYS(0) call). The reason for the conundrum is because in a typical LAN environment there is a configuration file uniquely identified by the computer name. When a user runs the program the configuration for their workstation is opened exclusively. If all the users who log in via Citrix have the same network computer name then only one person at a time could work. I guess the upside is they would have really really good performance.
