No error, it just doesn't work. Tracing it seems to indicate that I should be seeing a balloontip, but I get nothing. I'm wondering if there is some dependency on something I've not installed. Carlos says it just uses Windows API functions, but perhaps there is a .NET dependency that he has not listed or maybe is not even aware of? I haven't reinstalled .NET, not being sure which version I want to reinstall right now (and since I'm not using it). I believe that's the only difference between the old setup and the new setup. Anybody have any ideas about why this might not be working?
