In most all organizations, there has to be a person or group "in charge" and a group who is subjagted to those in leadership. Well, I understand you believe this because the Bible said so.
Actually in my case, the situation is quite similar - I believe that there should be no differences in rights between men and women, because Bahá'u'lláh says so.
Of course, I also see no practical, biological, etc. reason to continue discriminating women.
