Actually part of my point is that you can not read the details elsewhere, there are not many, and the reason I think it has some importance to mention that He was first interrogated by Jewish authorities is that in my view it takes away some credibility to the argument that He was considered a threat to the Roman empire and thus executed, after all if that was true, why waiting for other to make the accusation, and along the same lines, it gives a little more credibility to the books that you hate so much <g>.

I did not mean to imply I have read the "roman indictment" (either directly or in PDF :), just meant that he was considered a criminal and executed, along with common thieves. His crime, most likely being anti-establishment. Conquering powers do not look kindly into sedition, or inciting of, or anybody that might be a threat to their power.
