Hi All,

Well the time has come for me to finally make a serious attempt to look at this thing called .NET. Let's just say that a new year is about to start and what better time to set myself a new year's resolution? And since it's 2008, I'm going to be using VS2008!

So first off, I thought I'd set out to do a "little" database application (CRUD stuff I think is what it's called) using SQL Express. I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good tutorials on the web and/or books that deal specifically with VS2008 and SQL Express.

I'm hoping to eventually use what I learn and apply it to WPF (using Expression Blend). I know, it's a long way into the future before I can get to that stage, but, I'm ambitious and I need to start somewhere and also have a goal in mind.
