VFP9 opening forms and methods is painstakingly slow

Hi all
On my PIV, recently I have had a slow down of VFP, when opening forms and methods. I was thinking of deleting the FoxUser file if it matters. Plus I do use MemberData does it affect so much the speed?
Please advise.
