How can I force a window to come forward (after a given interval of the timer), even if there are other hardened windows that are Modal, Top-Level, etc.

Although I have seen people on this forum complaining about modal windows that occassionally wind up behind other windows in their applications, this is the first time I have ever seen someone want to do this on purpose < s >. If you actually do this, it has the effect of locking the system up because the modal window is sitting there waiting for input, but the user is unable to perform the required action and release the modal window becuase he or she cannot access it.
