Probably the most reliable way is to use the BITOR function:

WITH _SCREEN.System.Drawing
 loFont1 = .Font.New("Arial",14, ;
        BITOR(.FontStyle.BoldItalic, .FontStyle.Underlined))

 loFont2 = .Font.New("Arial",14, ;
        BITOR(.FontStyle.Italic, .FontStyle.StrikeOut))
ENDWITH

You can add them together also, but if you combine attributes like BoldItalic+Bold, you will get undesirable results:

WITH _SCREEN.System.Drawing
 loFont1 = .Font.New("Arial",14, ;
        .FontStyle.BoldItalic + .FontStyle.Underlined)

 loFont2 = .Font.New("Arial",14, ;
        .FontStyle.Italic + .FontStyle.StrikeOut)
