The Codecamp premise is designed particularly for Dotnet sessions. However, I believe anyone can sign up to give a session and can get accepted.

Two years ago there were a couple Java sessions at the Los Angeles (actually Orange County) camp. But Codecamp is primarily dotnet. If you're interested you should contact, I'm sure there's a Chicago dotnet user group you could contact to find out when they offer their Codecamp.
