well you ran the policy editor
prevented your usirs from getting a dos prompt
blocket F8 erased the explorere from the start mene etc. etc.
don't think you system is safe-
a simple procedure from almost any program you left
as runnable can add the internet explorer to the start menu and from there you can do whatever you like
