It doesn't seem to be a regular feature in our apps (or you've picked a wrong day of the year when most of the people are still not quite themselves ;). Database apps aren't really editing apps where you may want to have unlimited undo.

But the thought did occur to me (today again), and I have a few things in mind on how would I do it... but let's hear those who already did it first.
