Is there any limitation if we are using the academic version ?

What is the differences between Profesional & Academic ? Only the EULA restriction ?

I'm not aware of all the specifics, you'd have to do some research.

To the best of my awareness, it's a complete version of the product.

But to purchase the academic version online, I believe you need to provide some kind of documentation about academic status. And I'm guessing there are licensing restrictions about what you can do with generated applications.

Bottom line, it's probably a full version of the product, for only for academic purposes. No self-respecting developer would try to purchase it at this price and then turn around use it directly for $$$.
