It's a fair breakdown of Monadology. The wikipedia has basically the same outlook.


The problem with descriptions of difficult philosophies is that the description usually only makes sense if you already understand the philosophy.

I think what that description is missing is the fact that there are monads, and there are atoms.

The monads are metaphysical matter. Pure substance.

Atoms are physical matter, which is an "illusion" of our consciousness.
