I have rebooted it several times and get the same thing every time: Dell logo, Windows XP logo, and then nothing. I could swear I saw an Arabic dialog once, although that is no longer happening. Any resuscitation suggestions?

I haven't been able to get anywhere. After the Dell and Windows logo screens appear, it dies. This includes going into setup (F2). Tomorrow I am going to Best Buy and getting a replacement. It isn't worth my time to screw around with it any more. I already lost a day of work / billing today.
