I am trying to work with a client over the phone with a problem that I can't remember encountering before.
He has installed a VFP9 application which will not run even though there were no errors during installation. The error message *seems* to be coming from Windows (XP) and not FoxPro, it says "Visual Foxpro cannot start - Cannot Load Resources". I had him remove the foxuser table and this did not solve the problem. In fact, when he tries to start the application, it does not create a new foxuser table, so whatever is happening is happening before that.

Any ideas?
