That's funny! I think I found a faster way to trim the population. Have a revolving door at a busy restaurant.

Those that either make it go too fast or enter the restaurant and stand in front of it - but close enough to be hit by it on the next turn - or endanger children with it. They should be stoned. Oh! I forgot! Some of them probably were. :)
