Pardon me if this is a stupid question, but:

"Is it a good idea to subclass the CURSORADAPTER class and add properties, method to make it a DataLayer and/or Business Object class?"

I have a business class based on the Custom baseclass, which only deals with VFP tables. Since I have been using the CursorAdapter for access to ODBC, and since it can also deal with Native tables, I was thinking of 'transforming' it into a 'business object' and/or 'data layer' all-in-one.
