Object not contained within a form?

I have a form based on cbizobjmaintform using the kbizobj as its business object.

While on a newly added page I wanted the user to be able to skip from record to record without being asked to save his changes. I do this automatically for the user. However, whenever I allow the user to select a filtered recordset from a table (for specific reasons I am using direct table access in this application) I get an error when firing the next() method in the form.

If the recordset is not filtered all works well. As soon as the clicks on the "Next" navigation button while a filter is in place on the table, I get the error: "Object not contained within a form" The code appears to crash on the line of code that's issuing a "SKIP." I press ignore and the code resumes and, strangely enough encounters another SKIP a few lines down in which it does not error out.

As soon as I remove the filter from the table the error stops.

Any ideas????

TIA
Michael
