As it is now, the whole "database" is in a single text file, which is then parsed, and a dbf is updated from it, then any webpages that need to be re-generated are, and then a FTP client posts each file to the site. Takes only a few seconds a week... except the text file has grown too big. It's pretty much more scrolling than typing nowadays, but more important things keep coming up :).

The whole interface is Notepad for the text (and that's only because there are three sentences in Cyrillic near the end of it, or else it would have been VFP editor) and one "do wisdom" in the command window. Which worked fine for years - it's all the scrolling in Notepad that's beginning to annoy me :).
