No, I don't. Just like I don't check any of the zillions of free email accounts I have got as bonuses over the years. And I know that I'm not alone.

I just checked, sending a PM to my REAL email address is two clicks in UT, first my name and then the email address. If you find that to be so much trouble compared to sending a message which most likely won't be read in a long time, I suggest that you reconsider your view on the reality.
