you can go to the english speaking section of the VFX support forum hosted on the webserver of the dFPUG (German FoxPro User Group).

Use a newsreader with the following address:

newsserver: news.dfpug.de
newsgroup: dfpug.29.vfx_english

There is also a webinterface for the newsgroups but unfortunately, the userinterface is only available in german language.
