Depends what order it happens in. If GWB were convicted first, Cheney would ascend and could, with Congress' approval, appoint a new VP, who would, in turn, ascend.

If Cheney went first, GWB could appoint a new VP, ditto, ditto.

If both go without a new VP, the speaker of the house becomes president.
