I am working on legacy code, and MUST append bitmap images to general fields. I know this is not a best practice.

The program works well on 99% of computers. However, one user, with XP Proffessional on her machine, cannot append the images correctly. They always append as a PACKAGE instead of a Bitmap Image.

I have tried using the CLASS modifier to the APPEND GENERAL command, to no avail. Is anyone aware of a Windows setting that might be influencing FOX to append bitmap images as packages?

If not, does anyone know how to extract a package object from a general field?
