What I was not sure of from the help notes is whether PEMSTATUS(,,0) detected if a) the value of .ToolTipText change from the time the object was instantiated compared to the form level's initial value or b) the value of .ToolTipText was different at the form level than from the class level.

My testing suggests that both a and b are true.
