I already downloaded FoxBox by Kirtland Associates. I had some bugs while testing it. Perhaps minor things but I didn't investigated more.

Anything else available that comes with source code and that can be used freely?

I don't want to know if there are alternatives because of the bugs but mainly to be able to pick what I feel would be the best tool to include in my app.
